Sanjay Sangal:-     B.Tech (Elec. Engg./Comp.Science) – IIT Delhi 1983. Three decades of experience in design, development and implementation of MIS for various functional areas including social & development sector, finance, procurement, technology etc. Sanjay has worked on a number of assignments funded by various international donor agencies, as well as a number of State funded projects. On these assignments, he has been involved in planning, requirement analysis, information needs assessment, design of MIS, implementation support and operationalisation, training and advice on institutional framework for successful implementation and establishing cross-cutting linkages. He has been awarded the prestigious “Outstanding Contribution to National Development” award by the IIT Delhi alumni, who award two to three alumni per year from a total strength of over 45,000.

He is also an STC for the World Bank, and the MIS Consultant for the Sir Ratan Tata Trust. He was also, for an extended period, the CTI (Telecom) Consultant to Avaya, and has been Team Lead / MIS Expert / M&E Expert on various assignments.

Sanjay has extensive experience of managing of techno-financial teams for successful implementation of projects. He also has experience of change management and training for operationalising newly implemented MIS. He has major experience in livelihood programs.

Mr Sangal has been associated with ICDS Maharashtra for nine years, and has delivered health MIS for UNOPS NIPI for HBPNC cards for ASHA workers, as well as Vitamin A and Zinc data collection and analysis for Micronutrient Initiative, besides working on Health systems for Sir Ratan Tata Trust. He has also worked with UNICEF on MCH register, and has immense experience in the field.
